End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") Last updated: April 30, 2018

Gospel Now SDA operates under the protection and copyright of Gospel On Demand

Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using Gospel on Demand ("Suite of Applications"). By downloading or using the Suite of Applications, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Suite of Applications.

License
JCubeSoftware grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Suite of Applications solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise commercially exploit the Suite of Applications or make the Suite of Applications available to any third party.

Modifications to Application
JCubeSoftware reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Suite of Applications or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or JCubeSoftware. JCubeSoftware may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from JCubeSoftware, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Suite of Applications and all copies thereof from your mobile device. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Suite of Applications and delete all copies of the Suite of Applications from your mobile device.

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to this Agreement
JCubeSoftware reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Privacy Policy
JCubeSoftware operates the Suite of Applications Gospel on Demand, which provides a to digitize church bulletins and make it available to their congregations. This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our EULA, preceding this privacy policy, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy. Information Collection and Use For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Suite of Applications, we collect information that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, OS version, screens of our application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons: • To facilitate our Service; • To provide the Service on our behalf; • To perform Service-related services; or • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. We want to inform our Service users that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Children’s Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
